Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians TM unites twenty small and medium-sized producers and has more than 300 labelled items on its assortment: fresh and aged cheeses, original meats, plant products, herbal teas, mushrooms and mushroom products, honey and pollen, oil, lekvars (Hungarian jam), fruit jams, syrups and juices.

Food producers believe that consumers who buy their products should receive ideal quality. As a rule, the products made at farms are more expensive than those sold at traditional supermarkets. The essential characteristic of such food is naturalness – it is made without growth stimulants, colorants, and taste enhancers. The cult of food is above mere money-making.
