Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians at EKOGALA International Fair (Poland)

On December 7-8, Rzeszów hosted International Fair of High Quality Products and Food EKOGALA.  G2A Arena congress centre in Podkarpackie Region (Poland) gathered fans of organic, natural and local products.

Ukrainian delegation representing Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Khmelnytskyi region also participated in the fair.

With the support of Tourism Department of Lviv City Council, representatives of  Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians had a chance to tell all those interested about the activities of Carpathian Taste PU, exchange experience with foreign colleagues and invite them to come to Lviv.

We also talked to Andrzej Gutkowski, Vice President of Rzeszów and agreed to maintain friendly partnership between the countries in the future.

Organizers of massive Agro Targi Wchod agricultural expo were also interested in the Carpathian Taste PU. The founder of Stanislaw Sawa exhibition invited our representatives to participate in the future exhibition as friends of the event.

For two days Poles were learning about the tourist potential of Lviv and asked where they could taste Taste of the Ukrainian Carpathians products in Lviv. We invited them to our tasting at Shevchenkivskyi Hai where one can not only taste the products but also experience the authentic atmosphere.

Presented at the exhibition were local products from Poland, Romania, Ukraine, China and other countries. Among the products displayed were cheeses, sausages, grains, honey, sauces etc. After tasting them all, we know for a fact that our products also deserve be present on the world market and enjoy popularity.

We would like to thank all those who came to the expo for their understanding, friendly conversations and an opportunity to establish cooperation. Our special thanks go to Rzeszów City Council, Department of Promotion and International Cooperation and their representative Ewa Ciesielska. We hope that our cooperation will continue to thrive on friendship and mutual interest.
