Carpathian Taste PU joins Slow Food We want every Ukrainian to eat only quality, natural and clean products grown or made on Ukrainian land.

Slow Food is an anti-consumerist movement, which promotes local products and traditional food. The movement was started by Carlo Petrini in Italy in 1986. It has more than 100,000 supporters in more than 160 countries, including Ukraine. It is presented as an alternative to fast food which tries to preserve traditional regional gastronomic culture and promotes agriculture, seed growing and farming typical for local eco-system and is aimed against globalization of agricultural products.

Philosophy:

Good food – quality product with rich taste;
Clean food – clean production and transportation.
Honest food – adequate pricing; care for consumers and producers (fair salary and decent working conditions for producers).
